By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Examples of our work

Examples shown on this site may include demonstration builds and live client work that we have permission to show. Demonstration builds are created by us to show the standard and type of work we produce, and do not represent a client relationship unless we say so. Where a real client site is shown, it is shown with that client’s permission.

Any results, timescales or figures mentioned are illustrative. They are not a promise of a particular outcome for your business, because search visibility and enquiry volume depend on factors outside our control.

Services, quotes and proposals

Information about our services on this website is general guidance only. A project is not agreed until we have confirmed the scope, price, payment terms and start date with you directly.

If we send a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work or client agreement, that document will apply to the work itself.

Automated access

We want this site to be found, so search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl and index it, and our robots.txt sets out what is allowed. Ordinary crawling that respects those instructions is fine.

What is not permitted is bulk extraction, scraping, copying or republication of the site’s content, or automated access that ignores our robots.txt, places an unreasonable load on the site, or attempts to circumvent access controls.

Intellectual property

The original content of this site, our copy, our page designs, our own graphics and the code we wrote, belongs to Eight Two Studio Ltd. You may view it and share links to it, but not reproduce it as your own.

Some material on this site belongs to other people and is used under licence or permission. Photographs are credited on our Photo Credits page with their source and licence. Third-party fonts, libraries and components remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their own licences. Client logos and client work remain the property of those clients.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove content without notice.

Liability

The content of this site is provided for general information. It is not professional advice for your particular circumstances, and you should not rely on it as though it were.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
